The license granted herein specifically prohibits the use of all or any part of a sequence to train artificial intelligence.  Each sequence created and released by Showstopper Sequences is an original artistic expression subject to copyright laws.  The license granted hereunder specifically excludes the use of any sequence or part of a sequence to train artificial intelligence in the creation of or enhancement of an artificial intelligence.  Because damages resulting from the use of sequences as training an artificial intelligence would be difficult to calculate, as a condition of receiving the license hereunder, you agree that should you directly or indirectly violate this condition, you will pay liquidated damages of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per day to Showstopper Sequences, with the date calculated from the first day the artificial intelligence is exposed to a data set containing a Showstopper Sequences sequence until such time as the artificial intelligence is terminated.  The purpose of this term is to preclude the use of Showstopper Sequences' intellectual property to compete with Showstopper Sequences or diminish it's market in any way.
